Job Description: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises. Your duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling designated areas, and responding to incidents and emergencies as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Control access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
- Report any suspicious activities, hazards, or violations of policies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position preferred
- Ability to operate surveillance and security equipment effectively
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/certification in security management is a plus
