Agriculture worker

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Agriculture Workers to join our team. As an Agriculture Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our farm or agricultural facility. This may include planting, harvesting, irrigating crops, operating farm machinery, maintaining equipment, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, plows, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
• Perform tasks such as pruning, weeding, thinning, and transplanting crops as needed.
• Monitor crops for pests and diseases, and apply fertilizers and pesticides as directed.
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, fences, and machinery.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agriculture or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons.
